Richard has a background in management, finance, IT and has 20 years of experience in software development and commercialization in Norway and Europe. He has co-founded a number of companies in IT, telecom and media. Before starting Tigeni in 2019, he worked for 7 years developing SAAS software in digital marketing, search engine optimization and big data analysis.
Fionn has a background as a serial entrepreneur in the development of payment platforms, logistics product development and brand building. Fionn has developed payment, logistics and distribution systems in Norway and the UK.
Tor has a Master's degree in economics and has a background in business development, primarily in IT, finance and real estate. He has been an entrepreneur and established a number of companies and currently sits as chairman of the board of a number of these companies which he wholly or partly owns himself. Furthermore, he has been associated Tigeni both as an advisor and investor almost all the way back to its establishment in 2019.
Ivar has a master's degree in economics and has been chairman of the board of Innovation Norway Oslo region for 7 years. He has top management experience from small, medium and large organizations, with expertise in strategic marketing activities and branding nationally and internationally, in addition to in-depth expertise in M&A. He has been CEO of large organizations such as Norsk Gjenvinning, Tollpost Globe, Frigoscandia etc., most recently in the health tech company Resani which in 2021 was sold after significant value development of the company.
Karl-Arne is both Dr. med. and Dr. phil. and researcher at the Department of Neurology and at the Intervention Center at Oslo University Hospital, established to ensure the safe development and introduction of new methods into the Norwegian health services. He is a specialist in internal medicine, heart disease and clinical physiology and has worked as a cardiologist for 25 years. He has held leadership positions at all levels in hospitals and, among other things. has been CEO of Ullevål Hospital. He has also been president of the Norwegian Handball Association and president of the Norwegian Sports Association and Olympic and Paralympic Committee and has worked with performance culture in sports for 20 years.
Trond has a Cand. Odont and has a long career in hospital management. For the last 7 years he has been the leader of National Management Development in Health South-East and has a very good network with the management and most hospitals in southern and central Norway. Over the past 30 years, he has also held several management positions, including hospital director at Dikemark Hospital, director at the Department of Psychiatry in Oslo, County Health Manager with responsibility for financing and follow-up of the hospitals in Oslo.
Kari Lise is the general manager of Legevakt Vest AS.
Kari Lise has practiced as a GP since 2001 and specializes in occupational medicine. She is the owner and general manager of Legevakt Vest, which is an interdisciplinary medical center with a private emergency room that is open 365 days a year. Legevakt Vest's occupational health service has been approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate.
Is a partner, chairman and venture development specialist in XY01. Jesper has extensive experience in the commercial development of business concepts, financial services and IT organizations. Jesper works with transformation, innovation and venture together with established companies and start-ups.
