What's a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and start editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Home test: Check your health at home
Taking active steps to avoid lifestyle diseases is not just important for one's own life. It will also be a future necessity for society as a whole.
Lifestyle diseases are diseases that come from how we live, the food we eat and how we use our bodies (source: SML / SNL ). Although we have the knowledge of what is good for our health, we will unfortunately see more people getting such diseases in the coming years. This is especially true of type-2 diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure.
With Tigeni you test your own blood yourself. The better informed you are, the easier it is to make the right choices for lasting good health.
Invest in your own health
Tigeni offers you greater insight into your own overall health. Whether it is to monitor blood levels due to heredity and risk of disease, or whether you want to find out which lifestyle changes may be helpful to you.
Guidance for improvement
Together with your test results, you will receive advice and guidance through Tigeni's health portal on which measures would be most appropriate for your situation. Based on how your results compare to standard values, you will online follow-up. Your test results are assessed by a general practitioner.
Risk assessment and motivation
A test will be able to alert you if you are at risk of developing lifestyle diseases, as well as provide good motivation for improving your lifestyle. Personal recommendations will tell you how to develop good health and take any necessary action.
Tigeni and wearables
Wearables can provide valuable information for you to monitor your own health even better. Data is transferred from your wearable to the Tigeni app. For example, there is a link between low activity and the development of type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol.
When data from your wearable and your blood test results are seen in relation to each other, you gain an even better insight into your own health. Tigeni is able to give you better guidance on preventive measures for better health.

The advantage of self-tests
You do not have to book an appointment with your GP days or weeks in advance, and you avoid spending time traveling. Being able to take blood samples yourself at home is beneficial for both you and society. The test makes information about your own health available in a straightforward way, so you can make better choices in everyday life.
The future of health services
The health care system in Norway and Europe faces significant capacity challenges in the future. Tigeni develops sustainable digital health services in preventive health work and monitoring that will relieve GPs, private and public health services, in both the short and long term.
Did you know that treatment and research on type 2 diabetes, a lifestyle disease, alone has a cost of NOK 45 billion for Norwegian society? (Source: Forskning.no )
Tigeni's standard test looks at the following:
- Risk of high cholesterol
- Risk of diabetes
- Vitamin D level
- Vitamin B12 level
- Magnesium level
- Level of iron
With Tigeni you can regularly check and have your blood values analysed from home. You will receive the analysis and test results digitally, along with advice and guidance.
How to take the self-test
A Tigeni self-test is easily taken at home. In the package you order, you receive a test kit and a return package. A few drops of blood that you take by finger prick are put into a small tube. The tube contains an anticoagulant that keeps the blood flowing during transport. Close the tube tightly.
Freight
After the sample has been taken, it is placed in the return package and delivered to the nearest post office the same day.
Result and answers
You will receive answers and results online within 2-5 working days.
How often should I take the test?
You can take a single test, but if this test shows that you are at risk, we recommend you follow up on your health and re-take the test regularly. In this way, if you are at risk you can actively track your values
to see whether they are above or below their reference levels. By conducting more regular testing of your blood values, you can also see which measures actually work for you over time.
