What's a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and start editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Antibody test: Coronavirus
Want to know high your antibody count is? You can find this out using our coronavirus antibody test. You take the test yourself at home. This test is relevant for anyone who thinks they might be infected, already have had Covid-19, or have been vaccinated and want to check how high your antibody count is.
An antibody test can detect if you have antibodies in your body following Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) infection or after vaccination. The test will also show if you have been infected and shed light on previous symptoms due to corona.
Who can take a coronavirus antibody test?
If you have had symptoms for a period of time consistent with a coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection, testing yourself to see if you have developed antibodies will be useful. If you have been infected and had Covid-19, it is very likely that you have acquired immunity. However, a positive antibody test is not a guarantee of full protection.
An antibody test will also show if you have the antibodies to Covid-19 following vaccination.
Not sure if you have been infected?
WHO lists the following symptoms of Covid-19 :
Common:
- Fever
- Dry cough
- Fatigue
Uncommon:
- Aches and pains in the body
- Sore throat
- Diarrhea
- Conjunctivitis
- Headache
- Loss of sense of taste and smell
- Skin rashes and discoloration of fingers and toes
Severe symptoms:
- Difficulty breathing and / or shortness of breath
- Chest pain and / or pressure in the chest
- Loss of speech and / or mobility
What are antibodies?
Antibodies are the body's defense against disease (source: SML / SNL ). These are proteins that attach to infectious agents to fight infections. When we get sick, the immune system produces antibodies and immunoglobulins to protect us. The presence of antibodies is a sign that you have been previously infected. Antibodies arising from vaccination will also be visible with an antibody test.

How the test is performed
The package you order contains a test kit and return package. The sample is taken with a simple self-test via a finger prick sample. 5 drops of blood are placed into the supplied tube and sent in the return package back to the laboratory.
The service includes blood analysis of the blood sample, assessment of results by a general practitioner and results available by text message (SMS). A positive test result includes a telephone consultation with a physician.
An antibody test is not the same as a PCR test; tests which are used to detect ongoing infection /illness.
Test results
After 2 to 4 business days, you will receive a response to your antibody test by text message (SMS). If the test is positive, a general practitioner will further analyse the result and contact you by telephone.
NB: Even if your test shows that you have been infected, have had a Covid-19 infection and have developed antibodies, you should still follow the authorities' guidelines for infection control.
When can you test for Covid-19 antibodies?
Following illness, the immune system needs time to develop antibodies. Antibodies to disease, viruses and infection usually form 5-14 days after the first symptoms.
Depending on the severity of the symptoms of a suspected Covid-19 infection, at least 2-3 weeks should elapse following the onset of symptoms. The most reliable result will be obtained by testing 3 weeksafter the symptoms were at their worst .
If you test too early, this can give a false negative. The immune system will not have had sufficient time to produce (enough) antibodies to be able to test positive.
Timeframe
The test should be performed 2-3 weeks after the onset of symptoms.
You will receive your test results by text message within a few days.
Reliability
Tigeni antibody tests have an IgG sensitivity of 64-100%. IgG sensitivity is the probability that the test successfully detects antibodies to Covid-19. This of course depends on how long the test is taken following Covid-19 symptoms. It is therefore crucial that the test is taken 2-3 weeks following these symptoms.
The test has an IgG specificity of 98-100%. IgG specificity means how it differentiates between Covid-19 antibodies antibodies to other infections. An IgG specificity of 98-100% corresponds to a very small chance that the test will detect antibodies other than those produced by the body or those from a Covid-19 vaccine.
Supplier
Tigeni sampling is CE certified. The test is performed in collaboration with a Dutch ISO-15189-certified laboratory.

Other diseases
This test will not look for or detect other diseases, infections or deficiencies other than detect antibodies formed following a coronavirus infection or vaccination.
